3rd Day of Advent

The 3rd Day of Advent Scripture Reading in conjunction with the Advent Scarf CAL.

 Luke 1: 8 - 10


8 Once when Zechariah’s division was on duty and he was serving as priest before God,
9 he was chosen by lot, according to the custom of the priesthood, to go into the temple of the Lord and burn incense.
10 And when the time for the burning of incense came, all the assembled worshipers were praying outside.

    Thank you, Melinda, for taking time to put up the Scripture readings for each day. What fun to think that many of us are reading the same verses while we crochet a beautiful scarf during this Advent season. My husband and I are reading through the Bible in a year, and right now we're in Daniel and I Peter, so this is a special blessing to me to join you in the Gospel readings. :-)
