Chain Reaction # 3

I don't know how easy or hard these Chain Reaction puzzles are, so this time I'm giving another clue. I think I'll just put the middle word in each puzzle for the time being to see how it goes. Maybe I'll hear from someone one way or the other. Feedback is always great. :) Just check one of the reaction tabs right below this post. It is labeled 1 skein through 3 skeins - meaning at 3 you agree the most and at 1 you agree the least.
