Berniece's Dishcloth

Welcome to Day 1 of the Spring Cleaning Dishcloth CAL!

This year I decided to design our cloths with texture. Some have a little – some have a lot – but they all have some. Texture doesn’t always mean post stitches or popcorn stitches. There are so many different stitches and combination of stitches that produce a textured fabric. Let’s explore some!

Our first cloth features the Bead Stitch. The Bead Stitch gives us texture and elegance. The usual Bead Stitch is worked around just one double crochet stitch, but this one is worked around three. It’s a mega bead!

This dishcloth is named for my very first moderator in my Ravelry group - Berniece. I can't remember not having her around. She's always there to support and cheer everyone with crochet projects as well as life projects. Thank you, Berniece, for being such a good friend to all.

Have fun making today’s dishcloth, and be sure to join either my Ravelry group or Facebook group so you can be eligible for prizes. Links below.

Prizes:  Cascade Yarns has generously donated some Nifty Cotton Yarn for prizes this year. This is the same yarn that I've used in all 8 dishcloth designs, and it is soooo nice. You won't want to miss out on this prize!

I'll also be giving away:
*Copies of the e-Book that contains all 8 patterns. You can add it to your Ravelry Library or store on your personal computer.
*Coupons for FREE MONEY in my Ravelry Store!
