Fortune Cookie

I love Chinese food. Do you like to read the fortunes from the fortune cookies? It seems as though they are more "sayings" or "truisms" instead of fortunes. But they are fun to read. The one I got the other day reads: "The principle part of faith is patience." How true. You all know that my hubby had interviewed for another position. (Read about it here.) Well, he got the dreaded letter in the mail. That means that they thanked him for interviewing, but another applicant was selected. You know the story. We were of course disappointed, but I know that God has something else in store for him. We must keep our faith in God strong, and even as a little fortune cookie told me - have patience. Keep praying and don't give up. That's a lesson we all can live by. :)
